Florida SNAP deposit schedule
Florida does not load every SNAP case on the first of the month. The day comes from two digits in your 10-digit case number. This is a guide. Your DCF notice controls if it disagrees.

Which digits to use
USDA's monthly issuance schedule says Florida benefits are available from the 1st through the 28th, based on the 9th and 8th digits of the case number, read from the right, after dropping the last digit. The case number is on a DCF letter or in MyACCESS. It is not the 16-digit number on the EBT card.
Example from that rule: case number 1234567890. Drop the final 0. Reading from the right, the next digits are 9 and 8, so the lookup number is 98. USDA's table puts 96 through 99 on the 28th. The full bands, from 00–03 on the 1st through 96–99 on the 28th, are on our Florida schedule page.
Cash assistance is a shorter calendar
The same USDA schedule says Florida cash assistance and SUNCAP are available on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Digits 00–33 are the 1st, 34–66 are the 2nd, and 67–99 are the 3rd. SNAP food assistance uses the longer 28-day calendar.
What DCF says about the time of day
Florida DCF's EBT page says benefits are deposited once a day, by 6 a.m. If a deposit is missing, DCF points people to MyACCESS. A first month of benefits, or expedited SNAP, can arrive on a different day than the ongoing schedule.

No. USDA says Florida uses the 9th and 8th digits, read from the right after skipping the last digit. A one-digit rule is a different state.
What time is the deposit available?
Florida DCF says benefits are deposited once a day, by 6 a.m. Check MyACCESS if the deposit is not there.
Where is the full table?
The day-by-day bands are on the Florida EBT schedule page on this site, copied from the USDA issuance schedule. Verify them with DCF.
